REQUEST A PACKAGE

One of the most prominent questions people ask when hearing of a breast cancer diagnosis is - 'What can I do?' This was one of the main things on our minds when creating Pink It Forward, both in the mindset of the friend or family member, as well as the person being diagnosed. Our Pink It Forward Package caters to those currently going through some form of treatment - chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgery. If you, or someone you know, has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, you've come to the right place.  Submit your request in the below form, and we'll work to accommodate your request. Packages are shipped monthly.​

*Requests remain anonymous.  Package below is an example of some of the items that may be included in the requested care package.  Packages will vary with our inventories.

** As a North Dakota based nonprofit, we aim to serve our local areas, including the surrounding states of Minnesota, South Dakota, and Montana.  Package requests can be submitted for residents of these states, and for requestors that live within these states.  We're unfortunately unable to send care packages outside of these guidelines at this time.  Packages are meant for individuals currently undergoing treatment with a diagnosis within the last 2 years.
